Well, that's all very nice for those of you who live on that side of the world. I'd hop over in the spacepod but the damned thing is still lying in pieces in the garage. I shall just have to sulk and pout instead.
:-P

Have a wonderful time!

You are so gonna love her Skint!!

Never mind Marie and Atyllah, we shall know that your happy thoughts are with us and it will be enough.

The more I read about this, the further my heart sinks. It's around my hips right now but come the 31st, it'll definitely be in my feet. If I hadn't made a promise to my daughter, I'd cancel London on the 1st and do Cardiff instead but, as I know you'll agree, a promise to one's offspring just cannot be broken.

Sounds like a blast.
I will be drowning in bobbing apples and attempting to hide sweets from my kiddies. Your night sounds a lot more entertaining than mine. Have fun and photographs would be good!

I hope you have a great time! Enjoy yourself, and think of those of us in other countries for whom it just isn't that easy. Photos, a little account of the festivities, some little tidbit you could toss our way...

I hope everyone will bring whatever equipment they can muster to document this event, and not just for the benefit of those of us who can't attend. It will be important for Founder's Day, when Skint, the 110 year-old emeritus CEO of Opening Chapter, the international publishing conglomerate, finally allows himself to retire and bring in new blood.

Sounds like a blast. Wish I could be there. Although I think my trip would have taken a little longer!

Have a great time.

Can't go because of already booked Brussels trip (damn! although am sure that will be fun in its own way too). Hope that when Skint writes up the official report afterwards on his site, you'll give us the juicy, behind-the-scenes happenings!

Don't worry all of you. You'll be sorely missed of course but rest assured we'll be raising a glass to absent blogmates. And in the case of some of us, that will be a glass for each of you ... I name no names ...

Net was down yesterday so couldn't get on here. One day we'll look back and laugh at our struggles with this technology - but we'll always look back with pride at what we have made of it!

You surely didn't mean me Ms Alper? I shall be sober as a sober thing!
