School's out!
Summer's here.
You can tell by the sheets of raining pouring from the leaden urban sky outside my window ...
Inevitably, blogging will be intermittent for the next few weeks.
Stay safe.
And dry.

Same here - terrifying isn't it?
Grrr. And brrr.
I'll do my best to stay safe but if the weather so far this summer is anything to go by, staying dry is going to be nigh on an impossibility. Unless nobody ventures outdoors, of course. I'll take my chances :)
Have a lovely summer, babe. Ducks loves the rain and there's nowt wrong with ducks.
Too true, Sharon. But I'd still prefer them not to be nibbling my toes when we head off camping and the tent floats off on the ebb tide ...
Does that make me a wuss?
No Debi, but how about attaching a dinghy to the bottom of your tent just in case!
Wuss? No, just all the more reason to stay longer with me!
And please don't go on about the school holidays - some of us have just given then up.
And here it's winter - sunny and dry... Hmmm, something is badly wrong methinks...
Be sure to have lots of fun during the holiday! (Even if the ducks do nibble your toes - be grateful that it's not chickens...)
V - will encourage kids to sleep with snorkels.
Minxy - that could be VERY tempting ... Put the kettle on.
Ab Van - -speaketh not too soon. Anything's possible.
Get yerself Me Time when you can.
Um...think I will buy some wellies this year.
'Me time', Jan? Wossat? Thought I was going to get a whole 1.5 hrs now when boys went to swim club. They're back 15 mins later. Pool's closed. This 5 mins spent checking emails and blog is all I'm going to get.
Mel - glug glug ...
