I am very proud to announce that I got one right! Ta-da - Mary Nunu. Other than that I completely and utterly dim.
I got the first one right and the rest are just nasty silly badly written questions. You see CS as I pointed out to a student today if the majority of the class have been able to follow the instructions are the instructions at fault or is it the student? In this case it has to be the questions; right?

Uh, well, I applied my full and sparkling intellect to these problems and was rewarded with the resounding score of.... zero! Almost caught the first one, though; if the instructions hadn't said to take no time to answer, I would have had it. Maybe some of the rest, but #1 was the one that had me saying "Wait a minute!" in the back of my mind even as I answered.

Hold on, if you overtake the last, doesn't that actually mean you're first? On a round track, it is quite possible to overtake the last, you're simply got one lap on him/her ...
If you lap the last person you can be anywhere from first to second to last.
However, the correct answer to the question is "someone else".
