I think I might have been Babel Fished

My Google alerts told me about this.

It looks like a blog ... sort of ... but it also looks spammy.
There are bits of me, my blog and site in there that look like they've been translated into another language and back again several times in a Chinese Whispersish style ...

Anyone got any ideas?

UPDATE:
AH I SEE!
THANKS TO PIERRE'S COMMENT I NOW KNOW I'VE BEEN SPLOGGED.
I SUPPOSE THERE'S A FIRST TIME FOR EVERYTHING ...

That is bizarre. It's like a deconstructed reconstruction and is just plain strange!

Still, it's an interesting thing... makes no sense mind you...

This is one of the strangest things I've ever seen. So, is this what happens to us when we put ourselves "out there"? I don't think it's worrisome, but still.....

Hello Debi. As you know I don't have a blog, but I have reading contents by a woman called "Lorelle"; she has contents about spam blogs and content theft. In this case the contents is such jibberish that I don't know whether it's a mixture of your words, or purely random. But it does use your name and might cause harm to your reputation as a writer. I haven't just read the article I am linking to, although I do read all her posts; apparently, Wordpress is especially vulnerable to this. The article contains links to lots of related material.

I think I have heard about in another UK blog; I shall comment again if/when I find something more. Good luck, and sorry again (but it is repairable).

Thanks, Sue and Pierre. To be honest I'm not too worried about it. There are no links back to me and the content contains nothing defamatory or negative as far as I can see.

I have to admit I haven't bothered to read it all. And if I haven't I doubt anyone else would, so I can't really see that it does any harm.

Just one of those weirdnesses that are inevitable if you have any kind of online presence ...
