Probably not. And definitely not, I suspect, when you hear the list of things I found in my bed when I woke up this morning:
- A pair of swimming goggles
- An unidentified green cotton pouchy thing
- 11p in change
- A (used) blood glucose test strip

Have you looked in your coat pockets? Behind the sofa? Inside the sofa? In the corners where you dump things when you're in a hurry to be retreived later? Oh well, it's too late now anyway. In future, remember: keys go in ONE place. Mine are always in my handbag/rucksack/trouser pocket/on the shelf by the kitchen....
No no no Miriam! I always know where my keys are too. And I don't even drive! I'm not taking responsibility for this one ...
Ouch! That must hurt. My mother performs at least one act from the lost-key play every week. When she starts frantically upending the garbage I take a deep breath - and go for a walk. She usually finds the the keys in one of the places Miriam mentioned.
That title certainly got my attention.
Your list sounds very exciting - I just had a hot man in my bed this morning!!!
Sorry about the keys - I haven't got them btw.
It gets worse - the new (and v expensive) key doesn't open the boot. And of course a certain person didn't think to check before handing over the £££. Grrr.
I think the original may well be in Trinidad. Or failing that, Cornwall. Think I'd better get over there and check.
Oh no - I know that feeling! That's why I put up a hook where we keep them - saves a lot of bother.
I have no problem with keys, Babs, but I am tempted to keep a certain person on a hook ...
Debi, now that you mention it, I'm sure I saw those keys around here somewhere...
Come and get them! :)
When you find the old key it'll be great to have a spare for when the new one gets lost. Meanwhile - get a cup hook and a hammer - and do some damage. To a wall - not him!
Liane - is it necesary to say that's by far the best suggestion I've heard in a long while?
Mel - don't tempt me ....
